Our experienced, qualified surveyors

First American only contracts the nation’s most experienced, registered licensed surveyors. Before a surveyor can join our contracted network, we make sure their qualifications measure up to our high standards. We check references to verify their education, experience, state licenses, and professional certifications. We also look for tenure in the industry and ensure that their experience goes beyond the typical one or two Elevation Certificates a year.
